How To Order Your Keepsake!

Ordering a Keepsake is an exciting, and a unique process! Follow these easy steps to get your order started, don't hesitate to email me if you have any questions.

Step 1: Designing Your Keepsake

The first step is, of course, designing your dream Keepsake! Go to "Shop" and pick the style that you have in mind. This is where you will let me know all the wonderful things you want included in your Keepsake (make sure to see how many inclusions are allowed in that particular style). It's important to note in your order if you have any special design requests. (Examples: 'I want the flowers to be off to one side' or 'I would like a subtle pink coloring added')

Step 2: Purchasing

The next thing you'll need to do is complete your purchase. Be sure to double-triple check your order, because once you have made your purchase our policy is not to allow any changes. 

(This is only because we don't want to make any mistakes or miss any "changes", we want your piece to turn out how you want it to!) 

Regarding Refunds: 

Depending on what you order, you may not be entitled to a full refund, only partial refunds may apply. Once your order is placed to Keepsakes by Grace LLC we immediately purchase the custom made metal setting from our jeweler. 


Last Step!

Once you've made your purchase you'll get two emails. One will be an order confirmation, the other will contain instructions on how to mail me your items! Now, once you've mailed them, keep an eye on the "Order Status" page (you can find it in the menu above). This will let you know once I've processed your package. From there, turnaround time is approximately 2-3 months for pendants, and 4-5 months for rings.
