Picture Examples!
To make it easier for us, please make sure you have a photo of your custom order idea. Even if its a combination of photos from online shops, then just describe your thoughts as best as you can! We will do our best to help you figure it out, but be prepared to adjust your expectations to our keepsake making abilities.

Pricing
Custom orders automatically start at $200. You won't need to pay a thing until we have chatted back and forth a bit, and come to an agreement on pricing and design details. But just be aware that the fee will start at that set price and go up depending on the type of keepsake you want and what materials we will need for it.

Turnaround Time!
Custom order turnaround time will vary. But we can safely say that you will receive your keepsake approximately 5 months after you have mailed in your items. (If we already have your items and you are adding this order on top of another, then it'll be approximately 5 months after your payment has processed!)
